Every rider, trainer, and horse enthusiast has special moments they want to remember from a show. My goal is to help clients capture those unforgettable experiences—whether it’s the thrill of competition, the bond between horse and rider, or the quiet, behind-the-scenes moments that make the event special. With flexible photography coverage, clients can choose exactly what they need, from action shots in the arena to candid barn-side portraits.
FAQ
When will we get our photos?
Photos will be uploaded within 48 hours of shooting. The only exception is due to unforeseen circumastances and prior commitments. Turn around for photoshoots is 7-14 business days.
Additional Horses?
For the Photography package, beyond the 3 horses included initially, additional horses may be added for $200 per week
Video clients may add additional horses for $300 each per week
Circuit Clients may add additional horses for $1,000 each
Cancellation policy
Once the circuit/showing has reached the halfway point, clients are responsible for the full cost of circuit if they choose to discontinue the partnership before the conclusion of the horse show. This policy is in place because, at this stage, it is too late to find a replacement client for the remaining portion of the circuit. Exceptions may only be made if prior arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. We ask clients to carefully consider their commitment as last minute cancellations significantly impact our scheduling and commitment to other clients.
All circuit clients are liable for a $2,500 termination fee. In addition, unless previously discussed, clients are responsible for covering the remaining cost of circuit.
Payment
All clients must pay a 25% *non-refundable deposit to secure their spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving the invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
*Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances or events beyond the client’s control.
